At Munchi Mochi, our mission is to serve up fresh, delicious, and joy-packed treats that leave you smiling. We take pride in the quality of our mochi donuts, drinks, and merchandise. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our practices when it comes to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Perishable Items (Food & Drinks)
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items, including but not limited to:

Teas, drinks, or boba beverages

Pre-packaged snacks or chilled goods
However, if there was an issue with your order—such as the wrong item, missing item, or a product that was not up to our usual standards—please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

2. Non-Perishable Items (Merch, Apparel, Accessories)
We accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unused, and unwashed non-food items (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, pins, stickers) within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags or packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To start a return:

3. Digital Items, Gift Cards & Event Tickets
All digital products, gift cards, and event tickets are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we’ll reach out with next steps regarding rescheduling or credit.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our treats are made fresh, same-day cancellations or changes may not be possible once an order has been placed or prepared. For pre-orders or catering, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation or major changes.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
