Mochi donuts are made with glutinous rice flour, giving them a chewy, bouncy texture. They're lighter than traditional donuts, with a crisp outside and a soft, stretchy inside.

While our donuts use glutinous rice flour (which is naturally gluten-free), we also use vital-wheat gluten, additionally some of our ingredients may contain traces of gluten due to shared kitchen equipment or additional wheat-based components. We are working on a dedicated gluten-free line, but for now, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free product.

Currently, most of our mochi donuts contain dairy and eggs. However, we are actively developing vegan-friendly flavors, so stay tuned on our social media and website for updates on our expanding dietary-friendly options.
